Is this a gallbladder or pancreas problem?

I often get upper right sided discomfort, this can radiate down to my right lower abdomen.

I burp lots, have lots of gas generally and a very gurgly stomach. My stomach is often ‘off’ and I have to be careful what I eat as I’d get stomach pains and loose stool.

Loose stool is fairly common for me and it’s often a lighter tan colour.

If I go too long without food then eat a large / fatty or rich meal I’ll get sharp pains just below my belly button and I’ll have bright yellow liquid diahorrea

I get diahorrea if I eat lots of fat, cream, milk, I can’t drink coffee, chocolate etc.

This has been going on for years now, I went to the GP and had bloods, an ultrasound on my gallbladder, I’ve done fit tests, stool tests all clear.

This terrifies me as it can happen when I eat one of my ‘safe’ foods, I’ve been caught out so many times.

Does this resonate with anyone? I’m so over it now, I take Imodium once or twice a week as this ‘dries’ me up a bit for a day or two and settles my stomach.

Ive just eaten some chip shop chips and immediately I’ve had a sharp pain and had to run to the loo. Sorry for tmi but it’s just yellow water. 🫣

Should I go back to GP? Is it worth pushing for more tests like a gallbladder function test or just mark it up to IBS?

Definitely go to the GP again and ask for a referral to a GI specialist in the hospital.
It's not possible for anyone on here to say if it's gallbladder, pancreas or stomach or other organs. But the hospital can do a scan in the area and hopefully find out what's going on.
I hope you can avoid triggering foods until you get a diagnosis.
I wish you well x
