I have been to the doctors and they have given me antivirals and antibiotics, saying it’s shingles. The redness has grown since yesterday and the pain is in my arm and into my armpit and goes up into my neck when touching these areas it is tender to touch my arm in tender to move also I feel very tired and Ill has anyone ever had anything like this ?

looks more like cellulitis

would Antibiotics be the same treatment for that ?

And is it normal for the pain to radiate up into my neck and arm where it’s not red ?

yes you need to draw a line around the redness to keep on eye on it spreading and seek medical attention if it does
