Fermented foods are good. Plain yogurt, kefir, kombucha, cheeses, kimchi, sauerkraut, miso and so on.

I've recently discovered Tibico Fermentary's water kefir, which are delicious. There are various flavours available. You can buy it online, direct from the makers.

Fix8 kombucha is also good. You can get that in Waitrose.

Always check the ingredients and nutrition labels on everything, as some fermented foods contain a lot of sugar and some have artificial flavours and other additives that you may wish to avoid.

Symprove or VSL. These are the only 2 (in the UK) that are recommended by GPs.

Symprove is a drink. VSL is a powder. I prefer Symprove personally (I’ve been using it for a couple of years now).
