Worried I have soft tissue sarcoma

Hi, I’ve had a painless very small pimple sized lump under my skin on the upper thigh. I honestly have no idea how long I’ve had it. There’s a slight colour to it purplish greyish maybe but very slight. I brushed it off as a lipoma but then came across soft tissue sarcoma on google tonight and I am absolutely petrified.

I’m obviously going to ring the doctor first thing but does anyone have any idea what this could be instead of the sinister c word.

ive attached a pic of what it looks like from the outside which you can barely see anything but I can feel it under the skin it feels like a very small squishy pimple

When I said I have no idea how long I’ve had it I mean I discovered it maybe last year ? But not sure if I had it for much longer

Could it be a dermofibroma? I have one on my upper arm. I think a sarcoma would be faster growing but it never hurts to get these things checked out,
