Gurgling stomach and constant wind

Sorry for this but it is beginning to really bother me. For about 10 weeks now, I’ve had a gurgling stomach and pretty much constant wind. I’ve always had some intolerances but this is a new level, anything I eat is causing wind. Any thoughts or advice?

Can anyone help?

Has it been non stop? I get this around ovulation and until my period is finished, it's horrible.

Charcoal capsules and wind tablets help if they're something you can take. Any other symptoms?

How old are you?
I have this and Peri definitely made it worse. I've been told IBS, I found Fybrocalm tablets helped a lot.

The other thing to try is giving up cow dairy - lactose intolerance can develop as you get older, and now if I have any cow's milk, that's exactly what I get.

Thanks, I’m 50, on HRT for the past 3 years, it is not constant as in all day but every day. Could an intolerance start from out of the blue? I’m not sure I could give up cows’ milk but I suppose I might have to give it a try. I will also look at the suggested meds.

Oh, and no other symptoms.
