Over heating

It’s a nice sunny day and I should have been able to enjoy it but even with a cotton top and sun hat on the heat feels unbearable. I am also feeling really anxious which doesn’t help

I realised I wasn’t anxious I was unwell from the heat. It’s caused me to have gut issues. I have had some salt and dioralyte. Staying inside now I’ve learnt

Are you on any regular medication at all? A number of those can cause problems with your body's ability to regulate temperature and make you prone to overheating/dehydration.
