Neck concerns left side harder than right side

So i was feeling neck the other day anf my left side feel more hard and prominent than my right side and im freaking out its a tumour of somesort.
I wenr to gp last week and she said she couldnr feel anything no lymph nodes up but i can feel it and i dont no if its muscle or bone but its def harder and fuller one side to the back /side

Try getting a neck and shoulder massage, it maybe your muscles on that side are strained or tight and a massage will help relax them
