Hello. My 2 year old has abit of cradle cap, i bought cradle cap shampoo but i really struggle in touching his hair in general, he hates his head being touched at all really. Is there anything I could try that might be abit easier and he will tolerate better? Thank you 😊xx

There's an ointment you can buy and you could drip it on his scalp when he's asleep and then wash it out the next day with him in the bath playing?

No idea. My 3 year old still has it 😕 We were recommended a special shampoo but it hasn’t helped; plus she hates having her hair washed.

The shampoos don't work.

Coconut oil slathered and massaged into scalp. Leave 10 mins. Comb through. Cradle cap literally all lifts off. SO satisfying! One treatment and it's done. Just give him chocolate whist you do it.

Same, my 3 year old is riddled! When she’s in a good mood (rare) I rub argon oil into her scalp then scrape it off with a nit comb - soooooo satisfying but it doesn’t last, it comes back.

My first son had it for years. He got wise to me picking it off (boo hiss) but my second son only had it for a few days: I used coconut oil rubbed in just one night and it disappeared!

Thank you for your reply. I do have the shampoo and he’s not too bad when I put it on, it’s when I go to wash it out, he absolutely loses it and it inconsolable for about 20 minutes xx
