Ja9 - I wonder if you're going to go to the class that I attend on a Thursday night?

It's great. What do you want to know?

Lots of women. Lying down most of the time. Lots of emphasis on "tightening your invisible belt to the 3rd notch" and getting in a tangle with your bretahing.

And if you stick with it, vastly improved strength, reduced bingo wings and shapely thighs.

My parents paid me 10 sessions with the machines as my Christmas present. It's fab, never boring, and helps with my backache. I wish I was really wealthy and go three times a week.

geekgirl · 19/05/2008 17:46

lo, what slouchy said
also, wear a tightish top so the instructor can see what your abs are doing.

Don't expect to sweat.

cocolepew · 19/05/2008 17:47

Or maybe that's just me

geekgirl · 19/05/2008 17:52
