Anyone recommend a good orthopaedic trainer ? I have arthritis in lumbar plus disc issues and looking at anything that might help. Thanks

Orange Salford insoles are brilliant and can be moved into each shoe . Cost about £30.

Reiker and Remonte are brands I wear. They are good quality . Timberland shoes and trainers are also supportive.

I have hip and disc issues any my phone keeps telling me I am at high risk of a fall so I try to wear supportive shoes.

New Balance very supportive and recommended by physio post spinal surgery. Good to get fitted if possible.
