Hi new so bear with. So I have health anxiety anyway and it’s a daily struggle but I’m getting there. However, I felt a very small lump/clicking lump or nodule , that almost pops outside the side of my upper right side of neck ONLY when swallowing. It’s been there for weeks now. I saw a doctor they had a feel felt nothing palpabale and sent me on my way, I saw someone else a few weeks after they referred me to ENT they looked inside throat with a camera and felt my neck … all clear couldn’t find anything sinister. Still there so went back and doctor still couldn’t feel it but I can when I put my hand there! Should I go back again and push for ultrasound or just accept it’s now part of my anatomy? Thanks for bearing with and getting this far x

You’ve been checked by a gp and a specialist who are not concerned. Get help for your health anxiety and IF the lump gets noticeably bigger only then seek another opinion on the lump.

There's nothing more that needs to be done, surely?
Your doctor referred you to ENT, and they have completed a full examination and found nothing wrong.

Therefore there's nothing wrong.

Yes. Request blood tests and a second opinion.
