Am getting a pulsing pain under my left knee. Feels to be right at the top of the shin bone. On the front . Slightly off centre towards the other leg.
Noticed it last night. And now while resting in bed. So no exertion or strain on it.
The pain is slight but seems to be in rhythm with my pulse ? Not sure.
But regular and continuous.
No injury or over exercise.
Walked 2 miles yesterday evening.
Noticed on return.
It's not unbearable but a bit concerning as strange.
Am alone and aware of weekend.
Any thoughts gratefully received.
