CURRENT COVID SYMPTOMS

Feeling rough, reminiscent of previous covid illnesses. No tests in the house but same general malaise, aches etc. Anyone had it recently and what were your symptoms?

I had a headache, dry cough and fatigue. I’ve been unwell for 2 weeks now and went to the doc yesterday. I’ve now got a really snotty nose and a mucus cough. Doc said it’s a viral infection and gave me a nasal spray. I keep getting a bit better and then worse again. Rest when you need to if you can! I haven’t really been able to do that. I had a week of respiratory symptoms (and other weird stuff at onset like swollen eyes and unbearable itching). This was followed by a day or so of respite where I thought it was all over and then a second round of gastro symptoms (mostly nausea) and a severe headache for a week that was unresponsive to painkillers. I lost 10 pounds during the second week as I couldn’t look at food. It was brutal!

@Thistoo2023sounds nasty! Hope you get well soon. @NandorskneeI’ve had loads of big stuff on this week so kept going. Lucky DH got up today or DS wouldn’t have made it to school. I couldn’t get up today!!
