Inside lower mouth feels dry but isn't if you get me

Odd feeling, as if ive burned my mouth, only slightly. Its not painful or even that annoying but I'm worried it might be something serious. Has anyone had anything similar?

Yes, but I never really worked out why. Dry feeling, then developed sore gums and mouth sores.

Happened twice last year. My best guess was maybe low b12. Or stress.

I have suffered with low B12 in the past, so maybe that..I wasn't too well a couple of weeks ago, maybe run down, did it just go eventually??

Yes, it lasted about 3-4 weeks each time. Since then I've cut out gluten and tired hard to remember to take supplements.

I had this in the past. It was when my thyroid, vit b and vit d levels were a bit off.
