Hi, I have been taking Absolute Collagen for about 12 months now, I think it has been good but the effects haven’t been that dramatic. I was thinking of trying collagen from Nutrition Geeks instead as it is a lot cheaper but I just wondered if anybody has any positive results with Nutrition Geeks collagen. I am 47 and looking for a bit of help with my skin and hair and hopefully in preparing my body for menopause -TIA
