Is it possible to have flu/COVID type body ache & chill without cold symptoms? It started suddenly yesterday. Felt terrible last night, slightly better today but still pain in legs arms & back & bit chilly. Wondering if it's a virus. I slept late so missed ringing drs plus can't be bothered!
