ok slightly embarassing thread about piles

ok so i have unfortunately suffered from piles since the birth of ds1 6 years ago, but within a week of the birth didn;t need any treatment or meds for them

had dd (now 2) and they were fine

now 23 weeks pregnant and am in agony this morning, don;t really want to to give tmi but serioulsy thought i would need to go to hospital or something as they are massive and everything got stuck iykwim. anyway now i can hardly bend sit or squat down

i have made an appointment with the nurse this afternoon,is she likely to want to look, and what will she give me for them and what can i do

will she give me a donut cushion cos i have not sat all morning and have no cash whatsoever to but one with

I hope someone can advise. Do they give that lactulose to help poo ing??

I am sure she will prob have to have a look?

can you afford a kids inflatable rubber ring for swimming, when mum was PG she used this all the time!

oh no although tbh at this point i am past embarrassment and just want it togo away

she's gonna hat me that poor nurse think i have been more in the last couple of weeks than i have my whole life
