B12 loading dose and feeling dreadful

Hi everyone . I had my 2nd injection out of 6 for a b12 loading dose yesterday- I’m unsure if it’s a side effect or not but I feel so washed out , headache - generally feel crap - has anyone else experienced this during a loading dose of b12?

Yes, you do tend to feel wiped for a day or so but you will notice you feel so much more "normal" after a while. I also felt like my head stopped feeling so heavy and swollen. I'm a few months on and have had a couple of months of almost being completely back to normal, although my levels are back down to on the line again now. They are worth it, just allow rest time for a day or so around each one.

yeah, I get a day or two of a headache and then I am fine till the next time

its on the side effect list but I dont feel sick

Must be normal then , always worry when I feel sick x

I was nauseous because of the deficiency so I don't think I felt any worse because of it. I was super tired and felt like I was getting over a head cold though.
