What is this hole in my side?

Has it just appeared recently, or has it always been like that?

Have you always had it? Any accidents or injuries maybe? Is the other hip similar?

They are on the same day. I just edited one picture. I erased the stars.

Just one side? Do you have pain?

Just that side. Yes I am having pain in my bank, legs, and my hip sometimes.

I haven't had any injuries in that area
It's only on my right side.
