Can anyone talk to me about urinary symptoms on sertraline? I used to take it but have been off it for about a year. Starting back on it again as struggling with anxiety. First dose yesterday and today had me at doctor with UTI symptoms - except dipstick totally clear. They’ll send sample away but reading online I can see that urinary retention is a side effect and I’m wondering could it be that. Did anyone experience this? If you did, did it resolve while you kept taking it? Absolutely no way I could put up with this long term.
