I'm 36, and recently have had big issues with my sleep. A bit of history, I have 2 kids (5 and 3) both sleep through for the most part, I do get extreme PMS that does affect it more, but i have never had sleep issues before. In the last 6 months my sleep hasn't been great. I have no issues with falling asleep, and will stay asleep until about 1, 2, 3am, but then will wake up and really struggle to get back to sleep. What are your tips for good sleep? It's like my body/brain has forgotten that it needs sleep.

If you are in Scotland, everyone over 18 can access Sleepio which I used last year and was amazing if you stick with it!

I think you can access it from their website? www.bighealth.co.uk/sleepio

I found the book Why We Sleep really helpful.
