I've been ignoring this for a few months but think I need to look into it.

I started off with what seemed like a couple of skin tags on my inner labia. There's a couple that have grown and seem almost like small warts.

I do have to book a smear soon but should I see GP for this? Obviously my mind thinks the worst 🙄

If your smear is soon (in a week or two), just ask the nurse to check them. A few more days shouldn't matter? If they are important, you'll be advised to see GP or further.

Go and see your local STI clinic (you can normally self-revert directly), as they have the better equipment for looking closely and have more experience than the average GP, but don’t panic - these can be perfectly normal skin formations called vulval micropapillae/vestibular papillomatosis. Either way, best to put your mind at rest as soon as you can.

Thank you so much! It's one of those things that you worry about and put off! I'm booking my smear soon so I'll start with there.

Don't think it's an STI as I had a test and haven't been sexually active since.
