This is probably going to seem like a very silly post, but anyway.. I’ve always been one of those annoying people who can eat/drink whatever and gain no weight, however over the last few months I’ve noticed I’m finally gaining weight (no changes to diet, so not sure if it’s age or new medication I’m on).
I don’t mind gaining weight at all, the problem is it’s all sitting on my hips and belly. Is there anything I can do to get the weight to be more distributed around my body? Or is this just a genetic thing and I’ll just have to get over it?
I’m not doing much exercise at the moment, mostly just running after my two toddlers. I’m hoping to get into a better routine with exercising soon though.
