Hemorrhoids but no bleeding/itching

So for about a year I felt small lump on perineum and just inside my anus. I don’t have any pain, bleeding or itching. The only time I really notice anything is when I have a bowel movement in that I need to strain a bit also when I am straining I feel like a pressure in the vagina but I assume that’s because I an straining and it feels like there is cuts or tearing around the anal opening.

Has anyone experienced this.

Please go and see your GP and have it checked out. Don't be embarrassed as doctors have seen it all before. l expect the lump inside your anus is a a pile but best to get both looked at.

Can you feel anything in your vagina/through the perineal wall when you strain? You need to put your fingers inside and feel the wall between your vagina and rectum.
