What is this? Skin issue

Ok so a few years ago I had an ingrown hair on my face - yes face!!!

I managed to get it out but it had healed in a funny way. I think it’s called an ice pick scar? Anyway it fills up with sebum and I know I probs shouldn’t but I empty it!

it looks like a big hole after. It’s so horrible, I don’t know what to do about it?! If I leave it it for ages it fills up and looks raised. If I empty it it gets irritated and looks like a hole 😖

is there any special name for this or does anyone know what to to to make it go away?

Have you tried silicone scar sheets? You can cut them to size and are flesh coloured- ive just discovered them and they really do make any cut etc heal almost invisible (i scar very easily). Once you've emptied it out, id try a scar sheet. You'll know in 24 hours if it's making a difference although you may need to use it for 4-5 days
