Recently I have had a really intense cramping spasm pain in my rib cage if I twist or stretch my abdomen. It’s the type of pain that makes me gasp, but only lasts for a minute and completely goes away. Knowing that it will quickly fade makes it bearable as long as I stay completely still.
it’s been happening 3 or 4 times a week for the last few months. Any idea what it might be? Or what might help? Magnesium maybe?
