Can anyone tell me your recommendations on the best collagen supplement? There are so many brands out there saying different things that I don’t know which one to go for. Or is it just a fad and doesn’t really work? I’m now being bombarded with Facebook adverts all saying their collagen brand is the best
I’m wanting to see improvements to my skin and joints. I want to be able to add to my morning coffee so don’t want nasty tasting.
So I’ve picked up a few things - you can get marine collagen and bovine collagen. Bovine is closer to human collagen so better?? Hydrolysed is best as absorbs better? Also need vitamin C to absorb into the body? The dosage is important - lots of brands don’t give a big enough daily dose so it doesn’t do much?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
