Been having weird symptoms for 9 months and some abnormal full blood counts everything I search online regarding my symptoms suggests Lyme even the abnormal stuff on my blood test suggest they are associated with bacterial and parasitic infections which I believe Lyme is?

I found these photos on my phone which I believe is some sort of bite could this be Lyme?

The photos are from July 2019 but I started getting weird symptoms nearly 9 months ago from now. Also developed poTS 5+ weeks after first symptoms that started 9 months ago.

I can only speak from my experience, I am not a medical professional but I have had Lyme disease.
My bite was the classic bullseye so a red lump where the tick bit then a gap of normal skin then a red ring. The thing that made me know it was Lymes was that the bite started tracking, I drew a biro ring around the bite and the next day a red line had tracked outside the biro ring.
I caught my Lymes very quickly as I recognised what it was, I saw the tick in me and I lived on a farm in a Lymes hot spot that had a large deer population.

I had stage 1 which was sorted by antibiotics. If you had contracted Lymes in 2019 I would have expected you to have more serious symptoms by now. In any event there is a blood test specially for Lymes so you could ask your doctor.

It could be another type of infection though? Spider bite or something else nasty that has bitten you, but I don't think it's Lymes.

Also just to add, the main symptoms I had were extreme fatigue like the worst tiredness ever, even worse than newborn baby tiredness! Like you've had a general anaesthetic, one minute you're sitting in a chair, the next you come round and an hour has passed and you've got dribble all down your chin!
Also a sharp stabbing pain between the shoulder blades weirdly!
