Rosacea help

Hi, I have suffered rosacea out of the blue for the past two years. While the pimple side seems to respond well to the creams from the GP I still have very red splotches across one side of my face in particular. Unfortunately I can’t commit to beautiful facials that can help target with light therapy due to having a baby, so I wondered if these red light Face masks are up to the job. At £299 for the one people recommend the most I figured I’d see if any other rosacea suffered have had any success from such things.

Have you tried identifying dietary triggers? Have you tried La Roche posay dermallegro? I bought a Rosa light mask, which helped, but ultimately a multi pronged approach is always the most effective.

I haven’t tried that no, what is it?? And what dietary things have you cut out? I haven’t had much support with it other than that, “it will never disappear it’s a case of managing flare ups” from the GP. I dont mind
mosr of the time but when it’s very red I look
like i I have acne. I’m dairy free and gluten free due to dietary requirements in my
children, I don’t suspect it’s dietary as apart from caffeine I have a pretty good varied diet
