Post cervical polyp removal recovery

I had a polyp removed 6 days ago - AND a endometrial biopsy - I’ve been taking it easy generally, but I wasn’t given anymore specific instructions to avoid any activities post op.

today I’m feeling some soreness - I did go out shopping on foot and carry some groceries back, the bags were not particularly heavy -

I would say the discomfort is located along my cesarean scar (13 years ago) similar to how it felt when I was healing after birth-

anyway I’m wondering if I possibly over did it? Should I be more careful?

planning to join a 8 mile hike on Saturday - which would normally be fine for me - but now I’m second guessing

I’ve had several removed over the years and went straight to work each time, carried on as normal

I'm feeling something similar. Did you get this checked out?
