Hi!
Im 40 and starting to think about taking supplements. I’ve never taken them consistently before but I’m very aware that I’m ageing and possibly in the very early stages of menopause. The issue is there is so much conflicting info online that I wouldn’t know where to start. I certainly don’t want to spend money on vitamins I don’t need. Most vitamins I’ve previously taken have made my pre turn green which suggests I don’t need them. Collagen is something I’m confused by. Does it make a difference? If anyone has any advice or can point me in a direction of a simple starting point, that would be great!

I don’t know a lot about it but the Tesco Women’s health ones are identical ingredients and % of each as Well Woman ones, so I guess they’re the same and sold as Tesco brand at a much cheaper price.

So I just for those. I’m sure you can go to town on individual ones but that feels like a good all round one at a reasonable price.
