huge weight loss!

my very good pal has lost 6.5 stone so far and is looking and feeling fab. He's a new tauter man loving running and feeling great. He is now not sure what to do about all the skin around his middle that's still...er....there!
Can anyone advise?

He should see his GP I believe there is surgery on can have but not sure if you can have it done on the NHS.

GP told me you could get the surgery on the nhs if your bmi is under 25.
