I had a wisdom tooth extraction on Thursday and I’m desperate to avoid dry socket as I have had it before
aftercare all going ok but it feels like something is in the socket and I don’t know if it’s food or the blood clot, it’s like I can feel it moving slightly when I rinse

upper wisdom tooth so I can’t see properly. I have been very very gently rinsing and dribbling (not spitting!) but if I swish it out properly will I cause dry socket?
