Gut Health - Excess Wind

Hi, a rather embarrassing one…

I seem to have a lot of excess wind daily, I don’t have the ideal diet but it’s not awful either. It’s been going on for a very long period of time now and I’ve recently got into a new relationship and feel embarrassed so of course hold it in and it makes me so uncomfortable.
I generally have daily bowel movements and nothing unusual about them.

Is there anything I can take / do / drink / eat to improve my gut health? Online there are so many supplements etc that I get lost with it all.

Simethicone - or Windeeze is brilliant!

I have suffered from gut issues for decades and excessive gas is one of my main issues. I do find sticking to a dairy free, wheat free and low fodmap diet helps. I also tested positive for Small Intestinal bacterial overgrowth a couple of years ago and gas is one of the main symptoms, so that's not helping the issue.

I find peppermint capsules (Colpermin), and charcoal and simethicone help. I use Bloateze.

thank you, I have wondered if it’s diet related. Seems to have started when I was pregnant around 4 years ago I think.
will look at your suggestions and the other recommended
