Toxic shock?

Really heavy flow and horrendous pains this month. Went to bed at 22:30 with super plus tampon in. Changed it at 6:30.

Today Ive felt really faint which is unlike me, clammy and cold sweats, fast heart rate and nausea. My nose feels a little blocked. Nothing has helped. My blood pressure is 120/80 sat down and 106/69 stood up so not too low.

I've worried myself about toxic shock syndrome does anyone have any advice? Im probably being overdramatic but I never feel this faint or unwell.

I would ring 111 for advice sooner rather than later. Better to be safe than sorry with something like this.

I took it out at 6:30

I thought I had it once I removed my tampon contacted my Dr and went to wash my face then I realised I had a sinus infection similar symptoms less urgent
