Cold sore or something else

Last week I developed a spot/ pimple just under my nose. Over the last few days it's got larger and crusted over. This morning some of the crust fell of and scab is now very wet. It seems to be spreading further down towards my lip. I do get cold sores in the sun if I don't put sun protection on my lips but this started under my nose.

I get cold sores on the end of my nose and inside it, so yours could be this too. People do think that cold sores are only on the lips but they can occur all around your mouth and nose.

Alternative it could be impetigo which usually need treatment with antibiotic.

Looks like a cold sore to me. I also get them in that place as well as inside my nostrils or on my lips.
