I feel slightly dehydrated a lot and know I need to drink more water. I’m breastfeeding and just get caught up sorting drinks, food etc. for the kids and end up forgetting myself.
I have seen adverts for Electrolytes - companies like Oshun etc. they often aren’t cheap. Do I really need these in order to properly hydrate? Will just upping water intake most likely solve dry skin/occasional headaches/tiredness? Thank you.
