Freaking out about kidney blood test

I’ve had kidney function tests done, am addicted to painkillers (nurofen plus) my gp is now aware and I am on a taper with the gps supervision because I have HAD ENOUGH OF THIS!!
these are my previous results from a month ago, just been in today for a repeat.
can anyone explain if the gfr is normal ??

Your GFR is normal and all the other results are in range too. Was there something specifically you were worried about?

Thank you. Yes kidney disease/damage

Those results are all within normal ranges so don't fret. For context, my GFR is maximum low 70s and has been for years. My doc isn't worried.
