Hi
I was wondering if anyone could recommend a no win no fee solicitor they’ve used please? I have just had a letter from the royal free hospital admitting negligence regarding my sepsis diagnosis while in their care. Thank you

Have a look on AvMA’s website and/or the Law Society for firms who specialise in clinical negligence. It is really important that you find someone who knows what they are doing. AvMA is a charity which promotes patient safety and they have a list of law firms on their website who may be able to assist. And the Law Society will list what specialities firms have. Assuming you are in London as you were treated at the Royal Free, good firms include Fieldfisher, Penningtons and Irwin Mitchell. Never instructed them personally, but I know the firms professionally and would recommend them to a friend.
