Hair vitamins while breastfeeding

Has anyone has loss of hair thickness after baby and breastfeeding?
If so, has anyone used any hair vitamins that they can genuinely say actually work?

I hear that collagen supplements are good for hair, skin & nails. There was a thread recently about it. I think S&B.

I take glucosamine sulphate 1400 mg max strength from Superdrug and cod liver oil capsules

This is the one I saw. Lots of recommendations on here. Re the breastfeeding, if you're still doing it, drugs in breastfeeding have been a great help to me in the past.

This looks great thanks. It seems marine collagen is ok when breastfeeding. I wonder if the other ingredients are? What supplements did you take whilst you were breastfeeding?

Have you noticed your hair thickening with those? Are you still breastfeeding?

@TheMammySheep I to your bog standard over the counter multivit so no issues there but there were a few supplements that I was interested in that weren't recommended as compatible with breastfeeding and I only discovered that after checking in with them. They're so responsive.
