Abdominal Pain.

Looking for advice.

I have a horrible stabbing pain in my stomach about 2 inches below my navel. It doesn't feel gynae-related, but is very painful. Last night I had very painful muscle spasms in my stomach too. I don't know what to do. Obviously I've had paracetamol, which hasn't done much. Definitely not pregnant. Can't get a sodding GP appointment for love nor money.

I don't know how long to leave it to see whether it goes away.

Centre or to the side?

Could be appendix if to the side?

When did you last open your bowels?

My 5 yo had this on and off for nearly two weeks. After a couple of trips to the drs and also A and E it was decided it was a weird virus. Appendicitis and a UTI were considered. She was also very lethargic and off food. I know of two other people with it currently.
