Tips how to sleep, post covid cough

I caught what I assume was covid, 3 weeks ago. For the last 5 days I've had an awful cough, chest tightness and congestion. At night the cough has been waking me every hour until about 1am and then starts up again in the early hours. Anything I can do?! Or take?! Mainly to alleviate the symptoms at night so we can all sleep, as I'm keeping H and kids awake too.

Similar here. I'm sleeping in living room on a recliner so I can be at more of an incline. I also use a Calpol plug in and drinking tonnes of water.
I've heard of people using a massage gun (or I suppose any item you have that vibrates) to loosen mucus a bit, but haven't tried it myself
