Fatigue - weak/heavy legs

Just a wondering if anyone has had experiences with this.

I find some days my legs feel weak and heavy, like I’ve spent the morning in a gym. Sometimes my whole body just feels tired/weak and all I want to do is sit on the sofa.

I went to the doctors last year and had blood tests taken but everything came back normal.

I don’t workout or do any sports but my days are busy chasing my two kids, cleaning etc. I’m generally on the go - though nothing that breaks a sweat.

Im a healthy weight and my diet is pretty average, I try to be healthy though have days I don’t eat as well.

Do you have access to the nhs app to see your actual test results? Lots of things can be mark ‘normal’ when patients would feel better boosting levels (b12, ferritin, folate, Vit D for example).
What did they actually test? Check thyroid was tested. I felt like I was walking through treacle before I started treatment for hypothyroidism and was exhausted beyond belief.
Also, what age are you? Peri menopause is horrendous for fatigue and feeling you are dragging yourself through the day.

What level was your iron? Anything under 40 needs treating. nHS say 11 which is ridiculous.
