Tired all the time getting worse

I sleep well but I am tired all the time. I can just nap anywhere but don’t get the chance!
I take a beta blocker and citalopram but have for years! I have a balanced diet, drink water and exercise!

I had bloods in September and they said normal but can someone decipher if maybe they weren’t?!

I'm no expert but aren't your iron levels a bit low?

I can't see B12 or vitamin D there.

Google says iron should be between 11-29.

B12 is the 397 one?

Not sure they did vitamin D!

Possibly perimenopause?

I didn't see the B12.

Yes, you can have vitamin D tested. Most people are low so it might be worth using supplements.

Sorry OP none of those results mean much without their respective ranges.

Iwannakeepondancing · 12/04/2025 19:16

I’ve wondered about perimenopause too and just been reading about it. I am just so annoyingly tired with heavy eyes I could fall asleep anywhere and I never used to be like that! I might start some vitamins and see if they help!

I hoped someone medical would know the ranges! Shall see if anyone comes along! X

It's not about being medical, ranges vary so they're not a standard one size fits all.

Kamek · 12/04/2025 19:22

I was falling asleep in the daytime and like a zombie when I had a vitamin D deficiency so it might be as simple as that. Try a high strength supplement for a few weeks and you may notice a difference

Devilsmommy · 12/04/2025 19:23

On your lymphocytes and monocytes, eosophonil and basophinil you are right at the bottom of the range. I only know from looking at my own which are over the top end. Am awaiting a blood test for vitamin d as all others are normal.
