Colonoscopy prep

Hi, I have colonoscopy at 10:45am. Plenvu prep is saying to take at 6pm and 4:30am is that going to be enough time before my colonoscopy! I’m so anxious it won’t work and won’t be clear to see anything.

at the moment all I’m passing is blood and the very rare tiny bowel movement.

The evening prep should almost clear you out so there shouldn't be a lot left for the morning prep. There's nothing to stop you bringing both prep times forward a bit if you're worried. It doesn't matter if you're cleared out early. I usually start around 4pm and once I stop going to the loo I go to bed.

It WILL work even if it feels like nothing is happening for a while. Make sure you're drinking enough water. Once it starts I usually just camp out in the bathroom. Take your phone, phone charger, book, water etc. It can make you very cold so wrap up warm.
