Is this an allergic reaction?

Noticed few little spots on my neck on Monday and has slowly gotten worse. I was out all day Sunday in a friends garden but I haven’t changed anything or bought any new products that I am aware off to cause such a reaction.
I have been taking antihistamines so I am going to visit the pharmacy tomorrow to get more advice.
if it’s an allergy could it still carry on even if you are no longer in contract with the thing causing it? I haven’t put anything on my face at all today and it’s still getting worse.

If you've been out in the sun it could be heat rash. I get it and it looks very like this. Not serious. I just put germolene on and cover up and use strong sunscreen. You could also try pure aloe vera gel from Holland and Barrett's, which can clear it up quickly.

Doesn't look like allergic spots/hives to me.
