Red mark on breast

Hi all, I’ve noticed a red mark on my breast the last two weeks or so - sometimes redder, sometimes less noticeable. Approx size of 20p. It almost looks like little spider veins but very small. It has been getting slightly bigger over the last week and just wondering if anyone has experienced similar? Will phone GP in morning but terrified of inflammatory breast cancer.

I don’t know anything about these other than to say that it makes sense to see your doctor and see what they say . Good Luck.
