Bacne treatments

I have suffered with acne since I was in primary school. I went on accurate as a teenager which largely did the job, and I’m happy with my face. I only get the occasional very small spots there which clear up very quickly. Interestingly, I use sudocrem on them, which is the only topical thing which has ever worked for me!

But it’s my back and my chest which is the problem. Along the back of my shoulders mainly and the middle of my chest I have a few patches of spots. I find they tend to leave red marks which take years to fade, especially on my chest which makes it look much worse than it actually is. But obviously preventing the spots in the first place would solve that problem. I currently use Australian Body Wash which does help I think and it’s at a stage where I’m happy enough with it. But I’d really love to get it even better.

I recently went on a course of antibiotics for an unrelated skin infection (co-amoxiclav) and oh my goodness! I didn’t have a single spot anywhere for the first time in years. My skin hasn’t looked so good since I was on accutane. So it’s clearly bacteria causing the acne. Does anybody know any topical treatments that would be beneficial to help with this? Hibiscrub seems to be mentioned frequently on here as one of the most popular ones. But I’m not sure it would be the most effective considering it doesn’t contain benzoyl peroxide/ salicylic acid etc?

When I was a teen I had a body spray with (I think) salicylic acid in it made by Clinique. I only had a few spots on my back but it worked quite well on those. I don't think they make it anymore but there seem to be similar ones if you google:
