Private Healthcare help!

Silversal · 07/04/2025 16:22

Hello, I need some help my private Healthcare have kicked me and my daughter off of the policy as I made a complaint to their CEO and their reasons are that they don't think they can manage my expectations regarding service (not sure if this is legal).
Anyway, I now need to find another insurer that has a moratorium policy and treats pre-existing conditions. Does anyone have any suggestions? Or can help with what to do with the previous insurers. Many thanks

You need to speak to a specialist health broker.

Thank you could you recommend a broker? I'm finding it very tricky to locate private Healthcare in the UK which works on a moritorium basis.

I use axa who do mori (2y).

I found private healthcare policy on a mori basis very hard to find ( except on a corporate basis with a policy for over 15 employees )

YourCraftyGreyOP · 08/04/2025 21:34

Oh mine was a business policy but less than 15 employees.

I have benenden but it is a bit limited, good for if you have pre-existing conditions though as it is the same price for everyone

Thank you. I was with wpa and they've kicked me off as I've claimed too much and complained about terrible service - again I'm not sure this is legal. I have some pre-existing but keen to have anything in the future covered and also for my child.
