Fibromyalgia -all over body pain

Do any fibro/ cfs warriors have all over body pain / bone pain some days ?

( having a low energy day)

Just wanted to mention that low ferritin can cause fibromyalgia. Have you had it checked?

I've had on going feretin issues
I have menorrhagia

Ive had 2 x iron iv on NHS previously

It was ok in jan and Feb

We found lotsa eggs and regularly having 8 dried apricots helped

Will get it checked again in few weeks - it will be checked in a bit anyway as doing ivf atm

Yes I do in a flare. Really bad flare and even my eyelids hurt.

Keto/ low carb is a game changer for me. Not always sustainable but works to control the pain.
